Which item will keep me fullest for dinner?

Dinner
Skim Milk, 1 cup 80 cals
Egglands Best - Egg(s), 1 egg (50 g) 60 cals
Campbell's - V8 Low Sodium 11.5 Can, 11.5 fl oz 70 cals
I am a drinker and went over my calories on Sunday. I do this freely since my plan is to "undo" this for the next 2 or 3 days by adding to the next days calories.
I can only allow myself about 100 calories tonight for dinner. Open diary. Which item would you choose if you wanted NOT to go hungry.
Protein is 8 for milk, 6 egg, 3 juice. I am low on protein for the day, but will have a protein shake tomorrow. Can't drink it tonight since it has chocolate in it and it will keep me awake.
Forgot to mention, I plan on having a mozza stick at 50 calories

OUt of those three I would go with the milk. You get more volume along with the larger amount of protein which should help. However I would probably just eat more calories for dinner and go for a walk or do some house cleaning to get some extra exercise calories.
