Looking for 60 years and up, wanting to get into shape, other than pear shape!!!

I've always kept myself in pretty good shape, but hitting 60 years old I have realized it is not as easy as it use to be to get into shape. Things hurt now that in my 40s and 50s I did not have. Even as I log my diary, keeping under 1000 calories and meeting my steps goal, I gained a pound! Looking for a few friends who are like me to challenge each other to just get back into shape. Share workouts and hold each other accountable. I'm female, 155 lbs wanting to get to 130 lbs. and gain some muscle by first of June. So six month goal lose 25 lbs. Please join me.
