My story

I started out in March 2015 with a lifestyle change. I decided that I was getting too fat and felt bad when couldn't keep up with my son at Busch Gardens. I stopped drinking soda and started going to the gym. I started out weighing 218 lbs. I changed my whole diet. I worked really hard at the gym. I went from 20 minutes to two hours at the gym. Now I weigh 149 lbs. I have lost 62 lbs.
