I'm not new to fitness, but giving this a try.

Well, I've been at this for about two years. I've went from 312lbs to 240lbs with 16% bf. But I've hit a plateau, so I'm hoping to stay in tune with my diet and could use the motivation to keep up hard work! I'd love to meet new people who are either new or experienced in the fitness lifestyle. Hoping to drop to around 10% bf. I go to the gym 6 days a week, but it gets harder each day. Netflix, ammirite?
