this week i've been feeling really blah and been having a super hard time motivating myself to exercise and eat right. well today i told myself to just "get up and move" i'm training for a race (Army 10 Miler) in the fall and so far have only trained on the treadmill. for the last few weeks i've been putting off running outside...until today. after a 30min nap after work i went for a run. not only did i get moving, i ran the farthest i've run since i started training. today i ran 4.2 miles in 53:14. on the treadmill i can barely get to 2miles w/o feelin like i'm gonna die!

talk about feeling motivated! i can't wait til my next run :happy:

    I am feelin' you man... we all need to look for those moments/times when we can push-it... to reach for the impossible or for the next personal best... gotta love it man!!! a big congratulations... keep working and keep looking to better yourself
