I love my food! 1500 calories per day! No chocolate or any other bad stuff. Tough! First week down. Any advice

    I don't know if I have much advice, but I understand how tough it is to cut calories, I put my goals more moderate, so I could eat a bit more...Eating 1500 calories per day would keep me hungry all of the time, and hunger=grumpy. :)

    Cheers! The app really helps. Seems to make you watch most things your eating, which is good as I love my food!! I've kept under 1500 for a week. That's a brilliant start for me. Are you training to?

    Is that what MFP is giving you? I haven't run across too many men who were given such a low amount! Good luck!

    I am not training, I should do some exercise, I'm a recording studio engineer, spend long days in studio...go all day without eating, drinking coffee and monster, and still find a way to get home and eat a bag of chips for supper. Hopefully myfitnesspal will help me be more accountable for my choices.
