I'm currently still in my first trimester and I've been so nauseas and tired lately that I haven't at all been able to do my workouts.
I also haven't been able to keep any sort of meat or protein down and I've pretty much only been eating small snacks of potatoes or pasta and I feel discouraged that I can't seem to get myself to eat healthier things right now.
This is my second pregnancy and the first one I gained way too much and had to work so hard to lose the weight. I'm starting out with more muscle than I did the first time around so I haven't really wanted to pay attention to my scale... I mostly just want to know if any of you wonderful ladies have experience with continuing a healthy and fit lifestyle during pregnancy? Am I going to have to ride out this first trimester and then ease back into working out and eating healther? I'm already doing better than my first pregnancy by avoiding fast food and tons of soda, but I just keep freaking out hahaha. Any advice to make this time around more healthy is welcome!!

I'm 19 weeks and just now looking to start eating healthy and working out again. I was throwing up till about 2 weeks ago and not working out at all. I lost 25lbs just from being sick which put me back to almost my lowest weight. But with little muscle:( im going to start walking or doing prenatal workouts and just try and eat healthier to start:) you're welcome to friend me!!0

On Friday I will be 37 weeks along
So ready for this boy to get here!! 2nd pregnancy has been way harder than the first!
I've gained about 22lbs back from my 66 lost but I feel pretty good about it at this point... but I didn't up until maybe a month ago. I still tell myself that I can't lose my head in these last weeks.
When you are sick then you don't have much choice but to eat whatever will stay down. Until you start feeling better allow yourself to have reasonable amounts of the higher carb foods, least that is what the Nausea and Vomiting During Pregnancy pamphlet at the Dr's office saidlol... no really it said that sometimes carbs and soda will help with nausea, just don't let yourself over eat on only that. Eat enough to start feeling better then try to get down a few things that are higher in other nutrients.
As for working out, I stopped going to the gym at about 6 or 7 months. I love Zumba but try dancing and moving with a rock under your shirt... I had sessions with a personal trainer but always worried about doing things wrong or lifting too much... The worry was too much for me so I just stopped going. I walked 10,000 steps up until about a month ago, just don't have the energy for that now.0
