Not really new but new

Hi everyone,

So I am not really all that new but new to the discussion board yes. I have been using this app for about 2 years. The first year I lost 90lbs, which was 2014. 2015 I gained 30 pounds. 2016 I am back focused and my goal to lost 70lbs. I am currently 311 6'5" with my goal weight being 240lbs.

I am doing things a bit different this time around. I will be eating the same though, 2000 cals a day (low carb high protein diet). As far as exercise I will be doing HIIT twice a week and full body weight training three times a week for a total of 5 days a week workout. I plan to ride my bike for about 10 miles on Saturday or Sunday. I will be doing this workout regime for the next 8 weeks.

Also did I mention my job has a weight challenge for the next 6 weeks and I hope I win.
