Nordic track eliptical reviews ?

Ordered a Nordic track November 30 2015, December 28 I decided to finally call the shipping company and found out it wasn't sitting there waiting to be delivered. it was refused since it was damaged ( in which nobody called me ) Now I have reordered it but it still hasn't shown up . Tried calling customer service plenty of times on hold forever no help . I googled Nordic since I was having issues and now I'm really worried , not good reviews . Does anyone out there have a Nordic track eliptical , how long have you had it , and is the reviews just bs because all you ever see is the negative reviews most of the time not the positives . Worried I should just cancel it before I get it . Any opinions ?

    You might give people more than 2 hours to respond, ok? I have a Nordic Trak elliptical since July 2014. I love it and have no problems with it. I've never needed to call customer service. I would be worried about the lack of delivery and would be tempted to cancel. Hopefully you paid with a credit card, and you might be able to get the credit card company to assist you in reaching NT. Hope you get the issues sorted out.

    Sorry after the reviews about company I got nervous . Didn't mean to be pushy . I do appreciate your response . I paid with credit card I just wanted to see if I am worried for nothing and I'll be happy with product .
