Losing 60 lbs in 7 months! Is it possible?

What type of excercise regiments would you suggest? I weigh 260 and I'm 5'11.

Based on your weight, yes it's possible. Ideal loss is 1% of your body weight a week and that's over 2lbs so it's achievable.
As to exercise, lift to keep what muscle you already have and just ensure you're in calorie deficit.

I've lost 105 in 267 days Just shy of 9 months (started at 321), definitely doable. I rode a stationary bike and lifted some. Recently transitioned to running and I'm loving it. As ninerbuff says, keep your calorie deficit.0
