I've even trying to lose weight for a while and everytime I start to do well and stay on track I binge eat something then feel really guilty. Anyone else? Any suggestions on how to stop and stay on track? Also any recommendations for beginners workout routines. Thanks!

Nutrition is definitely the biggest struggle. I would not totally deprive yourself, but instead give yourself small (not terrible) treats along the way. It'll be able to give you a little taste and prevent you from binging. A greek yogurt at night is almost like ice cream. Sneak some chocolate milk into your day? The best workout is a mix of cardio and resistance work. Feel free to message me if you want to chat more :-)

Don't try to lose weight too quickly. If you try for 2 pounds a week you might be getting too hungry. Depending on your weight and goal weight you might do better at 1/2 pound a week.
