Hey everybody,

I just joined this site because one of my friends encouraged me to join. She joined this site a few months back and has been really susccessful.

Basically I'm trying to increase my strength and drop some bodyfat along the way. I lift in the early morning and my core workouts consist of heavy powerlifting movement in the form of Strength Complexes. Anybody from the Henderson / Las Vegas Nevada area out there? If so, hit me up!

    The Biggest Loser inspired me. They are working so hard to lose 300lbs I just want to lose 7lbs. If they can do it, so can I
    You should write down everything after you eat so you can record it later.
