So Utah is fairly unique because we get the dreadful sub-freezing temperatures in the winter and the 100+ degree temperatures in the summer with small bits of spring and fall. This makes exercising outside extra exciting.

Where are all my Utahn friends!? Add me if you are active, maybe someday in the future we can have a big Utah MFP get-together!

Not to mention the bad air in the Salt Lake valley, especially in the winter inversions. :p I'm hitting the track at the U and at SLCC, for now. But I love getting outdoors in our beautiful state!

I used to live in Ogden! It spoiled me for living elsewhere- gym and dance/yoga studio memberships are sooooo much cheaper there than anywhere else.

I am originally from southern Utah, Blanding to be exact. Currently living in American Fork. And yes, the winters here simply suck. Too cold, inversion is the worst, but the spring/fall months and most of the summer is awesome.
