How low carb are you doing?
I'm pescatarian, I do low carb some weeks. I do Greek yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, egg white omelettes.

I'm trying to go 99 to 150 carbs a day

I recently had started this pescatarian diet
As a veggie I ate about 200-300 carbs a day and I get so bloated which its so uncomfortable:(

On a pescatarian low carb diet do you eat a lot of fish??? Since they're no carbs?

I stopped eating red meat at 13 and poultry about 8 years ago. I don't do that much fish. I do eat tuna. When I cook fish, I can't stand the smell sometimes. Some nights it will smell, other times not. I also read labels. Even at trader joes, you'll see a lot of farm raised fish. I love my egg white omelettes so sometimes I eat that for dinner too.
I go up to 100 grams of carbs a day when doing a low carb week. My carbs will include my dairy, and one slice of Ezekiel bread, or half an English Muffin.
The bloat it bad sometimes with veggies. I used to eat brussle sprouts and have a whey shake, felt miserable.

Most low carb diets are high in fat with moderate protein. There is no real need for red meats at any meal. There are even vegetarian low carbers on mfp. Just add a few extra fats to your meals when you cut your carbs and you'll be there.

Try the Low Carber Daily for more help. Good luck!
