Have you tried adding a little lemon or lime juice to it? :drinker:

I have such a hard time with that too. I love soda, especially diet coke. I let myself have one occasionally but realized that I mostly like the bubbles. I drink naturally flavored seltzer as some of my water..the kind without artificial sugar or anything. Thats the only way I can get enough water in.

Really? Sometimes it can be boring, that's when I try to add the crystal light or a fruit flavored water. But for the most part I've trained myself to just drink it whenever. I started drinking Lipton Diet Green Tea (the chilled version) as a little treat.

yes, i know, right? i've *never* liked it. in fact, i can go an entire day without drinking anything (horrible, i know) and by 7pm i'm like, "gee, i better hydrate." as strange as it sounds, i just don't get thirsty! i went through a phase right after having my last baby where i drank a ton - and actually craved it. now i'm back to "normal" where i have to force myself. and i noticed when i drank, the pounds seemed to melt off. so i see the benefits of drinking water, i just don't like it.
