Thursday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Push-ups
Let's see if we can do 150 of them. (Do as many of them as you can using the hardest method you can)
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Yikes! I have terrible upper body strength and can barely do 15...this is definitely going to be a hard one!0

Did 100 regular pushups. I had to break them into sets of 10 if I push harder it gives me a headache. I will try to find time to do more later.0

yes!! i did it! 150 pushups! 15 reps of 10 over the course of the evening. i feel accomplished!
a month ago, i couldn't even do 10 pushups...period!0 -
ugh..I did 75 at an incline today. My arms are shaking so bad...those were definetly the most challenging for me! :blushing: I will try to get the other 75 in yet tonight. Will let you all know later!!!

I got all 150.. i did wall and desk pushups. and varied the location of my arms to get all the muscles in the upper arm. Did sets of 20 except the last one was 300
