Hi everyone!
A week back, I was actually looking for apps on my iphone to track my calories. Came across MFP's app and had been quietly using it until I decided to come and check it out on the full site. Wow! I'm impressed by all the love and knowledge that is being shared here.
My goal is to lose about 30kg (approx 66lbs). I am not a fan of sweating and exercising, so having the humid weather here in Singapore makes me want to just stay within an air conditioned room. But I'm trying to change.. baby steps for now. Cycled 3 times within this week since I joined. Which is also the first time I'm exercising in 2 years!
More exercise to come, more weight to go...

What a great start! I don't blame you for wanting to stay out of the humidity. It is dreadful. That is good that you can exercise indoors. Welcome to this fabulous site. I love it and highly recommend it. You will find many wonderful people here to help you with your goals. How much we eat is really what dictates our weight, while exercise allows us to eat more. I highly recommend using a chest strap heart rate monitor too. That way you know more accurately how much you should be eating back in calories. I wish you the best with your goal! :flowerforyou:0

I think I'm really addicted to this site now.
Even if I'm busy to update my food immediately, I'll try to log it in at the end of the day.
Before I started my quest to lose weight, I ate what I want, let alone remember what I ate.
Guess that's a good start for now..0 -
