Does anyone do this ? I have been to a few boogie bounce classes and absolutely love it. Was thinking of buying a small trampoline for the house and look for a good dvd to do

Sounds fun and a good way to keep fit. Unfortunately we don't have any classes like that around the area I live but if we did I would definitely be there. Good luck.

Don't buy one of the cheap sporting goods store / Wal-Mart type trampolines. These are like jumping on the floor.

I have a Jump Sport trampoline. It has bungees, not springs (very quiet).

YouTube has lots of Bellicon videos. Urban Rebounding is a brand of DVDs. I have a basic UR DVD (I'm not real coordinated).

I love going to the trampoline park. So much fun! They have fitness classes. Curious about them, but haven't ever attended them. Usually just do free jumping.

I saw this thread and imagined 2 hot chicks jumping up and down like ending of the Man Show.

    Sorry, continue...

Sfriel68 I have a Bellicom trampolin and I can say is the best exercising item I have bought so far, is excellent for warming up! And then you can pass on to doing workouts more "tonic" There is no shock on my knees and my back suffers very little. Afterwards I can pass to the running machine without feeling stiff. It comes with a video and a chart of exercises, you can also find the workouts in youtube. I definitely reccomend it!

I love our trampoline! I have 2 small kids and we got a medium sized one recently. We jump together almost everyday, it's pretty much the only cardio I do.

I haven't been on a trampoline in a good 6-7 years. I used to love them in school.
