Please add Oxalates to your nutrients menu. It needs to come from a reliable medical source. There is a lot of conflicting information on Oxalate counts. Oxalates seem to be a serious growing problem and an Oxalate counter would be a lifesaver to many people. Thank you.

    Just know what foods are high in oxilates and dont eat them. And who exactly are you asking? LOL

    Since the MFP entries are mostly created by users and oxalates aren't on nutritional labels, I can't see this working very well. Most people would skip entering this (as it isn't relevant to most people and they wouldn't have the information in front of them anyway).

    If it's not something directly printed on nutrition labels then MFP has no way of tracking it.
