what I mean is, give me unique recipe/ way to use the ground turkey. Not the common burger/ meatloaf/ chili. Just something unusual that you like or even an idea and I'll test it out lol I'm not picky..

I made Cuban picadillo with ground turkey tonight. It actually turned out very good. I was surprised because I never, ever cooked with ground turkey. I used my own recipe though.

I like to use ground turkey with egg whites, grilled peppers, onions for breakfast.

I use it in a lot of stir fries. Stuffed peppers. Lettuce wraps, Meatballs, turkey phyllo wraps, turkey taco salad (like a tostada but no shell)

@blankiefinder there's no real "recipe". If I were to guess:

-24 ounces of ground beef or turkey
-1 can of beans (I use black beans often)
-4 servings quinoa (whatever a serving on the box is)
    -8oz tomato sauce
    -pinches of spices

    Brown the meat
add as much water as is needed to cook the quinoa
add quinoa, beans tomato sauce and spices
Cover and simmer (add more water if needed)

I split into 4 servings and freeze some for later lunches at work. I top with cheese when I reheat. Sometimes I sub rice instead of quinoa when my budget is tight.

Buffalo turkey bites. Mix 1 pound of ground turkey with one raw egg and chopped up celery crumbled blue cheese and a little cream cheese. Dip them into Frank's red hot sauce then bake them. Take them out and give them one more covering of red hot sauce. Serve with some raw celery and ranch dip.

    Enjoys mofos.
