I'm looking for some friends on here! For support/motivation!

I was super fit about 3 yrs ago and then developed a knee injury and slowly but surely gained weight and got way out of shape. I started clean eating and training hard about 3 weeks ago (on week 3 now). The friends I had on here back when I was active are no longer active on here. It's more encouraging and fun on here when you have like minded people cheering you on and sharing ideas! Friend me so we can support each other!

    Well glad your back. I could use some motivation as well. I'm a single mother of 3 so life is crazy. I just got out of a bad relationship and let my self go. Well now it's time to take my life back. We can do this!
