I can't figure out if my lower bulging disc got upset by my weight gain or my nerves growing back from my stomach surgery ca used the major lowe back pa in which is nto alol wing me to pit on my pants whole standing!. Either way. I'm on a weight loss challenge to be able to be limber and stretch again with ease. I've been doing everything from mat pilates to eliptical to yoga. My studio pkg just ran out so all I have now is my gym membership. Last night I discovered a Gaim video I bought but never watched. So I did the pilates mat workout and found it to be just as good as the pilates $$$ studio workout! Im praying this practice combined with weightloss will allow me to wipe my *kitten* with ease. That's all. Ha ha.

You should definitely talk to your doctor about your back issues. They might be able to refer you to a specialist who can help you get everything under control. Weight loss can help, but in some instances it's more serious.
If you're looking for more cheap yoga practices (a single video can get boring after a while) I love the site DoYogaWithMe.com - it's free for the vast majority of videos. They've started adding a few that you need a subscription for, but these are a tiny minority. They have a huge range, including practices that focus on certain areas of the body, and some specific to increasing flexibility.0 -
THANKS! Amazing you could read it. It appears when texting im not very good. It should read: caused me major lower back pain which isn't allowing me to put on my pants!0
