I'm 22 and New to this app. I'm not unhappy with the way I look but I would like to make some improvements.
My body has seemed to have stopped responding to the exercises that I'm doing.
Im wondering if anyone has any core or inner thigh exercises I could try?

I assume you're trying to target the fat layer there (as opposed to making the muscle layer bigger), correct?. Body fat cannot be targeted, sorry. I would follow any good, full-body strength program designed by a professional (NROL4W, Stronglifts, etc). That plus eating the correct number of calories for your activity level will give you the best results. :+1:

When my body stops responding I switch it up with (ex. Dumbell bench instead of barbell) so if you are consistently using machines, maybe try cables? Or alternate low reps high weight one week and high reps low weight the next?

It's hard to recommend something if we don't know what your current regimen is. Cherimoose and jbirt make very good points. A full-body workout is what you're looking for. If you've been mostly lifting, try switching out to more cardio- elliptical or bike on high-tension for part of your workout.

Your body has muscle memory so if your doing the same thing over and over your going to stop seeing a change. For example if you work legs say leg presses the next time do squats.

Core: planks, push ups, sit ups, jabs (while sitting in a squat based position), running.
Inner thighs: switch kicks, squats (when moving into a standing position, you would squeeze the thighs together), going down into a squat and holding for a few minutes.

Not sure what you're doing now. Those are some to try I suppose

Your body gets used to the same exercise, that's why it stopped responding.
The best way to traing any particular part of your body is to train everything.
I would suggest running/elliptical/treadmill, combined with squats, plies, planks, kicks...and mix of exercises tageting your lower body. Don't target just inner thigh, you will not get a well rounded results.

Thank you for all the feedback! I'll definitely have to try some of these other exercises.
In the recent past I've been doing more body weight training instead of using weights. I think it's time to go back to weights.

Yes, if you do the same thing at the same intensity you'll always plateau; you can use this to maintain the muscles you have but you won't build more. You either need to do something new, or increase the intensity on something you already do.
