Hi my names Alex I just recently got out of the Navy. I am looking for good ways to put on muscle and what I should focus on eating in the process, also looking for any advice on workout routines and such. I am currently at 139lbs my goal is to be between 165-175 any tips and help are greatly appreciated thank you in advance! I look forward to hearing the different tools of advice.

    Hi Alex, I'm Ashley feel free to add me as a friend, I'm also new to MFP . . . Well??? I've been on here a couple of days!!!. And as a nurse to answer you question about how to (Bulk-Up)! I would recommend Muscle Milk Gainer Powder, which can be bought at your local GNC or any local drugstore. And remember bad form equals bad results. Having good form, feeling your muscles contracting against the weight will develop quality muscle. Just keep lifting. You'll get there soon! And I hope this was helpful to you.
