Hi I'm Amy! Looking for females to buddy up with for motivation and accountability. I need to lose 35 pounds and am having a lot of trouble.

I need to lose 25. I NEED to motivate myself to get outta bed and hit the gym in the mornings. I just cannot make myself get up.0

I also need to lose 35 lbs. I had lost 25 but my husband had a stroke and I am a stress eater so I have gained most of that back.

Hi all! I too, want to lose 30 to 40lbs. Calorie counting is new for me as I use to do Weight Watchers. Even though the program helped me (lost 60lbs 2 years ago), I just couldn't afford to keep it up. So now I'm strictly counting calories and doing DDP Yoga (again) which is AMAZING! I have 3 children, one of which is autistic so I understand how hard it is to find the motivation to press forward. However, just taking 30 minutes out of my day and paying more attention to the foods I eat have helped to shed over 10lbs in roughly a month. I wish you guys all the best with your journeys!0
