losing weight

Hello everyone. Listen up I need some encouragement to help me lose 59+ lbs so I'm able to enjoy running around with my daughter without losing my breath quick. I am currently 222lb.

    Track everything by weighing and measuring. Track your food before you eat it. When you see what the calorie count is, you may change you mind about what you want to eat. Add some exercise. Drink water. Make and follow a plan for weight loss. By following your plan, you will lose. It will be hard, but it will be worth it.
