Do you eat all your carbs and sugar?

I've noticed I'm always under on my carbs and sugar by half, and over on protein. Mainly because carbs don't make me full. Is this ok?

You can set your goals at whatever level you prefer. Sounds like you are below mfp default levels. Change 'em or ignore!

Yep. totally fine. Actually you are able to keep your muscles during your deficit with a higher/adequate protein. Actually this more than good.

Not really a problem. If you're lifting heavy, you will probably lose a bit of strength by not eating the carbs. If you're not lifting heavy, then it doesn't matter in the least.

I reduced my carbs while I was diabetic so I want to be under. However as of 2 weeks ago I am no longer diabetic. However I'm always over on protein but it's lean protein and my lab work shows my protein levels right in the middle and my dr was very pleased.I continue to watch some carbs to make sure I'm never diabetic again.
