Advice.

Hey guys

How much in a week should i be workingout. I usually work out 40 mins a day everyday except weekends. I tend to more after a workout. I do a 10 min workout before i go to bed. Im i doing to much to my body or is it a good thing.

    Mostly listen to your body. Do you experience any pain (above and beyond typical muscle soreness)? Are you having trouble doing other things in your life because of your workouts? If not, have at it. In order to lose fat a person doesn't HAVE to exercise. Exercise is a convenient way for a lot of people to assist in creating a calorie deficit and to improve overall health.

    You would need to be in a calorie defecit.
    Plug your numbers into the goal section of MFP.
