I've got about 50.
I set goal #1 to be 30lbs before June.
I'm doing this weight loss the vegetables and mostly clean food way.
I'm truly focused on lifestyle change. I need to only put good food in my body.
I CONTROL of what i put in my mouth.
I don't need motivation; i made a decision.

Hey there everyone! I'm so excited to have all of you as part of our biggest loser challenge. Starting this Sunday, January 17 through Sunday, April 3, we will see who can lose more weight percentage wise.
Right now I'm compiling a spreadsheet with our names. Every Sunday let's check back in here with our weight, and I'll report the standings by Monday afternoon.0 -

I'm at 250...which is actually 6 less than last week. Quite proud of myself. I definitely need to crank up the exercise so my 11 mile practice run isn't too painful.0
