Hi everyone!! My name is Amy and I'm from Arkansas. In three weeks, I will be 30. I am married and we have three kids. I'm looking for friends during this weightloss journey.
After the birth our third child, I was exercising and the weight was coming off and than one night I had my first major anxiety attack. It has taken a few years to get it somewhat under control and I just can't seem to get this weight off. I've had my thyroid tested numerous times and it's normal.

I'm Lisa I'm new too , I'm hoping to shed a bit of weight in not very big but I put up a stone I haven't been able to lose since being diagnosed with fybromyalgia I stopped taking the medication they put me on as it has slowed everything down in my body including my metabolism so I'm hoping this site can help , good luck with your journey also , regards Lisa
