Not new to MFP, but I am back and have logged two full days! I used to log everything everyday and lost 25lb. Stop using MFP and put 30 back on... no surprise there. Lost some friend along the way, but have found some new ones.
My goals..
1. water, water, water, water and finally more water.
2. Measure everything. (I now have a food scale)
3. Log everything even the bad.
4. This is the sad one for me...No more wine.
Can't lose and drink wine. For me it's not going to happen. I'll be okay, I know dream about drinking wine.

Mary, I hear you about wine. it lowers my resistance and I make a pig of myself. since I am counting carbs, I could just count it but I always go for a second glass. It is best for me to stay away.
Water helps me as well and of course log everything. We know what to do now just do it.
