How many grams of protein in your protein powder shake?

I've got some usn diet fuel powder and need to up my protein intake, it has 25g in a portion, im just wondering how that compares to a normal one (non diet) as I can't afford to buy anything else right now!!

    Mine is 30g. It's the kind from Walmart, fairly inexpensive.

    I have one with 25g and one with 35g. I use whichever fits my protein level shortfall through food that day.

    Ah mine is ok to start bulking on the protein then

    I am not quite sure what you mean by 'bulking the protein' but if you are finding your protein is falling short through food, yes add a protein drink. Just don't forget to count the calories.
    I. 100g chicken breast would give you similar protein and calories.

    The general rule of thumb is .65-.85g protein per lbs weight.

    Exactly what I mean, I often have a mainly vegetarian diet so a shake helps a lot, especially when crazy in work with no time to eat!
