  I love this stuff! You could also try freezing it with a Popsicle stick in it to make it easier to eat when frozen.

  Well just to make you all laugh.. I put it in the freezer was so excited to eat it ... and realized my daughter stole it before I can even enjoy it. Seriously???? lol
