Vanity pounds

I have officially hit my first goal of losing 15 pounds. I started at 145 and am now at 130. The last 5 pounds I'm trying to lose are simply for my vanity alone.

Just to look the best I can, especially with all the muscle I've built. I read an article about what this is called and they say it's vanity pounds. Weight you want to lose simply for your own vanity. I couldn't agree more.

I don't think of them as vanity pounds. I think of them as my buffer zone. If I can get the last 5 or 10 pounds off, then I have that much jiggle room each month and it reduces my panic attacks.

It took me 6 months to get that weight off. Even with eating right, eating enough calories and working out 5 to 6 times a week for 45 to 2 hours, mostly cardio with some strength training. I'm leaving the strength training more for when I lose all the weight I want so my sweet abs will show more. lol. My body has had a hard time working with me on shedding the pounds so even if it's only 15 pounds it's a big accomplishment to me.
