Hi ladies, i dont have PCOS but have been insulin resistant for 3-5 years, maybe more. I could never loose the kg's until i went to a hormone specialist and she suggested the ketosis lifestyle/diet. Now for the first time in forever, ive lost 10kg, and its still melting off. My blood glucose levels are normal, my insulin levels are normal 5%, and im no longer craving carbs and all things chocolate! I started off 100kg plus (was too scared to weigh myself) and just hit the 80's yesterday weighing in at 89.6kg. Getting into the 80's was my first goal. Now shooting for 85kg. Id love some fellow supporters and love to give some support too. Thanks for sharing guys and feel free to add me as a friend if you wish. Best wishes for your health journey. Krystal
