Hello there,
I'm a tad under 5' 5", 152 lbs. and want to lose 20 lbs. by the end of April as my husband and I are doing a big hike then. I need all the energy and strength I can get for this big hike. I'm here for motivation and reciprocate with support.

I'm 52 and have a goal to lose 25 pounds by early summer. Going on a trip and I don't want to be bursting out of my clothes and I also don't want to buy more clothes again... Time to get healthy! Please feel free to add me!0
