Any one from London....that trains? Uses pure gym. Haven't hit the gym in over a week. Slipping and need some motivation

    I went from LA fitness to pure gym. It does what it says on the tin. You just go clock in and clock out! Good equiptment. Busy in the evenings. Only my second week. I kinda like it. Just go get it done!!
