the movie the 300. The actors in it were all pretty buff and the lead actor (Gerald Butler) I think gave out what he did to get in shape for the movie.0

If you haven't seen it, also check out the Spartacus Workout. Same theme..very tough tests strength and stamina, and will whip you into shape in no time0

Pullups - 25 reps
Deadlifts with 135 lbs - 50 reps
Pushups - 50 reps
24-inch box jumps - 50 reps
Floor wipers - 50 reps
Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps
Pullups - 25 reps
All exercises are done without scheduled rest between moves.
