My roommate is having trouble with cravings for sugar. She just had dinner and now really wants something sweet. Anyone have ideas on what might be happening and how to fight the sweet tooth?

The longer you avoid sugar, the easier it is to break away from it. Basically breaking a habit. If you can go 4 days to a week without it, the cravings will go away

A good alternative that I have found is a plain Greek yogurt and I mix in some walden farms calorie free chocolate syrup , pretty good and actually decent for you.

I'll eat fruit when I'm craving sweets. If that doesn't work a couple pieces of chocolate. For me I find that when I ban sweets I crave them more...

I always have sweet tooth. I think there's no need to be so restrictive, allow a little bit of chocs/ice creams/sugary stuff in your daily diet.
