Feeling positive this time

13 days in and 10lb loss, I'm determined this time to do it. I'm 50 in October and I want to be slim. I've set myself small targets.
14lb by 13th February when we go skiing and 28l
b by 7th April when we go to Rome. 42lb by 16th July for summer hols and 70lb total by 19th October

Those are great goals. Just be careful with getting too attached to the "so much lost by date". Your first 10 melted off, but the next ten might take 10 weeks, not days. And it could go up a little before it goes down. The point is, keep going. Don't get distracted by dates. You WILL be thinner by all those dates as long as you stick to it.0

I have been trying to loose weight on different things for ages, going from WW to SW and nothing worked for me... It did at first and then nothing, but, I let myself down by going of track when family members started dying etc... But I'm determined to do this now. I can feel my health actually deteriorating. Me and my OH soon would like to start having a family and to do that I want to be in the best shape of my life. Here's to a brand new lifestyle and me!0
