Staying Healthy

I joined mfp awhile ago and used it to lose between 30 and 40 pounds. After using it for some time I thought that I had changed enough of my routine that I would be okay to get away from it but I soon realized that old habits were beginning to step back into my life. Decided it was time to start using it again to hold myself accountable and change my diet once and for all. Could use some extra motivation if anyone out there is willing to help. And to anyone starting their mfp journey, it's hard work but completely worth it, please feel free to add me if you need help along the way.
