Hello All, new to here, seems pretty easy to use thus far, excited about this journey ahead! Need to stay motivated, if I don't motivate myself I can't expect anyone else to do it!!

    I thought that's why we get on here is for the days we needed motivation :). Motivation is a decision and its true that if you aren't really ready for the journey ahead that no motivation will move you but on the other hand YOUR Here so that means you have taken the first step by admitting you have a problem that you need to fix. We are all here to help each other.
