I'm having a difficult time eating enough calories in the morning I don't like eggs so this makes it hard any suggestions on what I could make?

Are you hungry in the morning? If not, you could just wait to eat until later. I usually take a Quest bar with me to work, and eat it during my break. If hungry earlier, I grab a banana or instant oatmeal, sometimes a flavored rice cake. Do you like coffee? Its easy to add calories there. You can even blend some protein powder in it or butter/coconut oil.

WW English Muffin with PB & Banana. Yogurt with fresh fruit. Canadian Bacon on a English muffin with melted cheese.

It's not that many calories, but I usually just either have a smoothie or have coffee with chocolate protein powder added to it.

Last night, I did take-off of this basic recipe:
    ambitiouskitchen.com/2013/09/2-ingredient-healthy-banana-bread-breakfast-cookies-with-delicious-add-ins/

In the batter, I tossed a small handful of chopped walnuts and a scattering of raw rolled oats. It whipped up like a cake-batter in my mixer, so I dumped the mixture into a small loaf pan and topped it with some sunflower seeds, golden raisins and coconut flakes. Let it go in the oven at 375 degrees for around 20 minutes. Had a two-inch slice for breakfast this morning and was very pleased - though I think I'll flavor it it up with a bit of sweetness next time.

According to MFP calculations of my recipe, a 2-inch slice is 275 or so calories, and was nicely-filling.
