I'm on a low carb diet . Is it bad to go over my fat intake goal?

    fat is not bad.

    and unless you have a medical condition that necessitates it, there is no reason to be low carb diet.

    Nope I go over it most days. As long as you keep your carbs to the minimum and don't go over your calories, it wont affect your weight loss.

    I heard some rumblings that the low-fat fad diets of the 80s and 90s back-fired. Because the fat reduction often resulted in simple carbohydrates being added, many folks gained weight as fats kept you feeling fuller than the higher carb alternatives. I find low fat items aren't as satisfying. For me, full fat is the way to go as long as you're still watching your portions and tracking calories accordingly.

    no. low carb is hard enough. truthfully, unless you're two weeks away from a competition, low carb is just making your fitness journey harder
