Yup...squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts and more. Lift heavy with focus on glutes/legs. Reduce body fat. Building a booty takes lots of work and time0

two options - hard work (like for some people it can take years), or implants0

Squats will definitely help so will lunges etc. I recommend reading the following articles that should help. If you never done weighted squats, it is good idea to get some training to make sure you do it right.

Bret Contreras is known as The Glute Guy. He has just achieved a Ph.D. in exercise science so he knows what he's talking about. I recommend his book known as "Strong Curves: A Woman's Guide to Building a Better Butt and Body". He also has a LOT of videos on You tube: https://www.youtube.com/embed/videoseries?list=PL475FA57E28C60EE4
I also recommend Jessi Kneeland of Remodel Fitness: http://jessikneeland.com/0 -
Yeah...Bret's da man. I incorporate some of the glute work from Strong Curves into my program. I've been in a surplus (gaining weight) for about two months and have gained an inch and a half back to my booty. I had to strip down and lose 7 inches off of it first, before I started building it back with more muscle.0
