Looking for Motivation!

I first started using MFP long ago with a weight of roughly 168. I lost sight of my goals and gave up on my weight loss efforts. I'm now back (for probably the fourth time since then) with a starting weight of 196. I have a long way to go until I reach my goal weight and I really want to stick with it! If anyone can offer encouragement, advice, or just a few "likes" on my updates every now and then, please feel free to add me! :) I'd love to motivate you!

Don't feel bad the main thing is that you are back working toward your goal. I have had very many ups and downs with my weight, and I am back to working toward a goal again. It is not fun, but it is so worth it. Just keep trying...that is what most people forget. They expect the progress to be linear, but it is not. There will be runs of good days, and some times that it seems pointless, but it is not. You just have to decide for yourself to be successful, and work the process.

Working the process to me is much more important than a number on a scale. Sure the number on a scale is great, but for me I am trying to "learn" a whole new way of relating to food. Keep it up...you will get there...feel free to add me if you wish.
