Turkey Meat loaf for dinner

I used one pound of Turkey and mixed up All Whites for a binder, a bunch of spices (the usual suspects...garlic, onion, italian seasoning, ground pepper, grated parm cheese, diced tomato) shaped it into a loaf and baked it for 40 mins at 375. The last 15 minutes I poured no added salt tomato sauce over it and finished the baking time.

Going to have a portion for supper tonight. It smells great and I think I can make it into delicious sandwiches for tomorrow.

This is a super easy recipe. You just have to calculate the meat, the Egg White and the sauce, onion and parm.
