I'm getting back into this properly now! after a couple years off, I'm now nearly 70 days of logging. Since beginning of the year been on the slow carbs 6 days a week with a massive cheat day on Sundays too. Manage to hit the gym about 5 or 6 times a week too. Would be good to connect with other active users
