I follow a plan and try to not get to that point.. but there are those days where suddenly I want to eat anything and everything. When I do get to that point.. and crave sweet or carbs especially.. I really try to busy myself and grab some water.. and I'm learning to like Jello... lol UGH

I have those days, too. I've noticed a pattern. I do really well (eating low cal, exercising) for 3 days, then the next 2 days I can't get enough to eat, starving no matter what. I'm wondering if I'm depriving myself too much?

Could both of you set your Diary Sharing settings to Public and let us know how tall you are? http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

I keep doing this thing, where all day I will stay on track with my calorie intake and such. Then, for some stupid reason I ruin it and go over by eating cereal

I have those sometimes too. Usually when I have a really big craving for sweets and would like to just go out for a big sundae but do not have the calories, I'll eat a cooked egg or string cheese and then see how I feel in an hour. If I still want sweets I'll have a few chocolate chips and a big marshmallow or two. It's not great if I go over but I am less likely to go get that 500 calorie sundae so it works.

I will say I've been doing really well. Today is always Pasta Sunday in our house and Usually pasta is what turns me. I could eat plates and plates full. I made baked ziti I had one cup and I was actually ok. I can't believe it but I was ok. Tomorrow may be another story.. who knows. Some days are just more difficult

Whenever I eat bread, bagels, pasta...high carb stuff, I struggle feeling full and it makes me want to eat more.

I got on the jello train for one night only. I eat some weird "cutting" foods too, but I just couldn't do that one more than once or twice. It is better with low fat reddiwhip.

There are things people commonly do that make them feel ravenous and the easiest way to know if you too are doing these things is to see your diary.
