hi
I started logging a little while ago until I had a day where I had a meal that o didn't prepare so I didn't log it. Since then I haven't logged for a few days. And as a result have been eating way over my calories.
Any tips to get me motivated again?

If you are dreading calorie reduced living, increase your calorie goal. A slow steady weight loss is better than avoidance.0

I watch fitness videos on youtube... Athlean X is a favorite.. also... allow yourself to eat what you want.. if you need extra calories you need to "earn" them by doing cardio... I like to eat so I do lots of cardio..0
